We actually found out it's a Jerusalem Cricket or Potatoe Bug. Gross. I found this on the back patio last Saturday. All I want to know is I'm not in Jerusalem and I'm not growing potatoes so what was it doing in my backyard. It was huge. It was about 2 inches long. Maybe longer! Who knows. It's gone now. We think a bird may have found it for a feast. Feast away. I hate yucky bugs, which is all bugs!

Those are the bugs I have everywhere! But I think I may live in Jerusalem out here in the boonies! Maybe I brought them to you on one of our walks!!

That's nasty! Today when I was holding Leilani a huge spider crawled up her arm! (Okay, it wasn't huge, but any spider crawling on your newborn baby looks gigantic!) I don't know where it came from or how it got on her. Ellie saw it, screamed and ran out of the room. Luckily for Leilani I kept my cool and flung it off her and then proceeded to shout to Ray to come kill the spider!
