Nate’s 100 things. (These are 100 things I wanted to talk about, not 100 things about me.)

1. I’m bald.
2. I’m turning 43 this September. Please no gifts…just send cash.
3. I’m a Sergeant with the Los Angeles Police Department, where I’ve worked for almost 15 years.
4. I’m currently the ward clerk.
5. I’m a vampire. Not really Twilight fans, I’m just working nights, sensitive to the light (I don’t glitter) and sleep in the day.
6. I’ll have been married to my beautiful bride, Allison (Alli), for 18 years this November.
7. I have 4 wonderful children: Emalee 15, Chayse 12, Maryn 6 and Natey 2.

9. My favorite number is 9.
10. I love my truck. It’s patriot blue with a big American flag in the back window that lets people know, “If you mess with me I’ll shoot you”.
11. I have bullets with Emalee’s boyfriends’ names on them.
12. I will use them if I have to.
13. I love country music.
14. I wrestled for 20 years and love to fight. Don’t believe me? Step outside!
15. I’ve never had a drink of alcohol. Wait…no…maybe…no.
16. My favorite hobby is my computer. World of Warcraft is my game...or any game made by Scott Bowen, my personal friend and genius behind EA Game's success.
17. It’s Alli’s fault that I’m bald.
18. I love getting away with my family in our trailer.
19. I miss my mom.
20. I don’t like cake.
21. I love donuts. That’s why I became a cop…or was it cause I like to beat people up?
22. I love to talk. No really I do. I could talk all day and night. Don’t believe me? Step outside!

24. I’m a somewhat emotional person…ok, very emotional person. Now don’t make me cry.
25. I don’t like to cry…so I don’t…cause only girlies cry…but sometime there is dust in the room and it might LOOK like I’m crying, but I’m not. Don’t believe me? Step outside!
26. I believe that Jesus Christ is my Savior and that his true church is The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
27. I love to read…mainly fiction.
28. I’m a romantic. Alli is not. Oh wait, this is about me.
29. I make awesome chocolate chip cookies. Or so I'm told.
30. I love to sing.
31. I wish I could play the piano.
32. I hate traffic and like to yell at people on the freeways. Ask my family.
33. I speak, read and write Mandarin Chinese.
34. I love being with Alli and just listening to her talk…and talk…and talk.

48. I truly believe that Liberals are not true Americans, and need to be deported.
49. I’m not a very good hunter.
50. I would love to own a motorcycle and let the wind blow through my hair…but I don’t have any hair.

52. I love just being with my family…unless the kids are fighting…or Allison is mad at me…which is quite often.
53. I love my job.
54. It’s Alli’s fault I’m bald because she wouldn’t cut my hair so I thought I’d show her by shaving my head. She liked it so I kept it.
55. I found that my new haircut intimidated the badguys into doing what I said.
56. Hunting for me is more about getting out with the family.
57. I’m a computer geek…er…genius.
58. Alli is one HOT MAMA!
59. My favorite scripture is Alma 32:21.
60. I got my BA in Chinese Studies from Brigham Young University (BYU).
61. I keep my head shaved so I’ll never have to find out if my hair can’t grow back.
62. I’d confront anyone who disrespects my country, family or faith.
63. By confront I mean fight.
64. By fight I mean beat the holy living crud outta someone.
65. I love mint chocolate chip ice cream.
66. I love cereal and feel it’s ok for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
67. I love my truck. Natey does too. He just sits in his seat and talks…and talks…and talks!
68. I would like to teach after I retire.
69. I would like to travel after I retire.
70. I’m a Chaplain with the Los Angeles Police Department.
71. If Alli didn’t feed me I’d probably starve.
72. I’m a pack rat and save everything. You never know when you might need it.
73. I think Google is the greatest company on earth…because their stuff is free.
74. Alli writes on our bathroom walls.
75. I think Microsoft is the most evil company on earth…because their stuff is expensive.
76. I’m a cheapskate.
77. I graduated with a 3.4 GPA from BYU. Which is actually quite amazing being that Allison broke my heart by calling off our wedding the week of finals. Then we argued that entire week and I couldn’t think straight. Then we started to work things out and she did it again. Then we started to work things out and she did it again. Then I wrote her a letter telling her to have a great life…NOT! Then she came crawling back to me and I decided to take her back. Mainly because she’s HOT and I love her more than the world. Ask and I’ll tell you all about it sometime.
78. I love chocolate dipped ice cream cones.
79. I love my girls.
80. I hate the beach. Sand…bad!
81. Alli was the most beautiful when she was pregnant.
82. I love lakes, rivers and the mountains.
83. I love Alli’s lasagna.
84. I hate making things, but love it when it’s done.
85. Maryn is my Princess-Angel. Her “Maryn moments” can melt my heart.
86. I believe that money isn’t important, but that love is.
87. I love my truck. Don’t believe me? Step outside!
88. Chayse is my Beautiful Chaysie. She has a set of lungs and a set of wheels.
89. I’ll go anywhere as long as I can pull our trailer.
90. I hate to BBQ. Why go and get hot, and smoky, and eye’s stinging, and arm hair burning, when you have a perfectly good oven in the house.
91. I think you can microwave all food.
92. Alli is my best friend.
93. Emalee is my Pretty Emee. Even though she’s starting to have a teenager attitude. It doesn’t seem like that long ago she was running around in her diaper singing, “On the good ship, lollipop”. She’s a beautiful teenager.
94. I know that I will be with my family forever. I look forward to it. I hope they do too.
